The way a contract runs.

One vetted local partner per trade, asked first and alone. We hold the contract, the paperwork, the insurance endorsements and the invoicing. The method is the same on a small mowing contract and a district-wide custodial contract.

  1. Scope and price

We read the requirement, confirm the wage determination and any set-aside, attend the walkthrough, and price the work from the real numbers of a local company that has seen the site, plus our fee.

  2. Award and start-up

Certificates with the agency's endorsements, background checks, E-Verify where required, the schedule and the written quality-control plan are in place before day one.

  3. Performance

The local company performs the work under a signed subcontract. We inspect on a schedule, log it, and correct a deficiency within 24 hours.

  4. Reporting and payment

Monthly checklists, required reports and the invoice come from one place, on time. Our partner is paid within 10 days of each agency payment, at the price it quoted.

Who you are contracting with.

Our record as a company is young and we say so. Each proposal names the company that will perform the work, with its supervisor, its track record and its references, identified as the subcontractor's. What we show for ourselves is the list of bids below and the way we run them.
